Classes And Schedule

 

Pregnancy Yoga:

One-on-one classes or small groups. Prenatel yoga is a wonderful way to put time aside for you and your baby. It is beneficial for the physical and natural development of the foetus as well as preparation for labour and birth. Classes incorporate the five vital tools of yoga-exercises, breathing, mudras, meditation and deep relaxation which all assist in you having a smooth pregnancy and natural birth.

 

Baby, Toddler and Children’s Yoga:

 

I trained with Jo Manuel at the Special Yoga Center in children’s yoga and through having my own children Arya Lila and Sachdhian Roca, I have expanded my teachings to classes in these areas which give me a huge amount of joy and creative inspiration. My Mummy and Toddler yoga classes employ a three point approach covering the mother’s physical postpartum needs, infant engagement exercises and the full integration of the baby in a dynamic and interactive yoga practice.
