Through years of accumulated stress and anxiety in the body and living through the everyday challenges that life throws at us, we have lost the connection to our primal roots and our inner framework has collapsed, leaving us feeling ungrounded and unbalanced.
Through mindful movement we will work deeply on areas of resistance and injury, releasing tension and returning energy and balance back to our epicentre and sacred inner space. We rediscover our natural primal state.

This workshop explores the importance of being primal in movement and allowing yourself to evolve by going inside and softly unfolding from the ground up. As we move through the practice, you will explore the importance of gravity, space and breath and how these foundational principles are the integral part of connecting back to your primal being.
