I bring into my retreats all things in life that have inspired me along my yogic path but with a sense of humour. There is a wonderful balance of gently powerful asana sequences , deep restorative work, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, chanting, healthy diet and lots of time to kick back, relax, rest and restore.

I’m truly passionate about taking students on a deep explorative journey, to open up their minds and bodies to new possibilities and get out of their own fog so they can see the path ahead with clarity and a positive mindset.

My aim is to create a deeply nurturing and safe space for you to connect to yourself, the people around you and nature. Space for you to breathe, observe and sit with what you are feeling without judgement, to rest and heal the body from the inside out, space for you to process and reflect on what serves you in life or doesn’t, space for you to laugh, smile, be playful and just simply BE.

Remembering how it feels to be FREE again and not bound to your mobile phone, laptop and emails, stressful daily routines, work pressure, school runs and looking after everyone else accept yourself!
